 HOW TO ADD “-ED” AFTER VERBS 
 I. Objectives :

 - Guide Ss how to distinguish between regular and irregular verbs.
 * Grammar : 
 + The past simple tense in three forms
 • How to add “-ed” after regular verbs
 • Affirmative form
 • Negative form
 • Interrogative form (question form)

 - Students prepare new lesson (3 forms of past simple)
 - Students practise in individual, pairwork, groupwork.

 1)Warm - up :
 - Ask Ss to repeat the forms of the past simple tense and how to use it.

 a) Thông thường chúng ta thêm “ed” vào sau

 + Trước -y là một nguyên âm (a,o,e,u,i), 
 chúng ta chỉ thêm –ed
 Ex :

 class rồi mới thêm –ed
 Ex :

 d) Động từ một vần, tận cùng bằng một phụ 
 - T continues to - Ss copy grammar âm, trước nó là một nguyên âm, chúng ta gấp

 e) Động từ hai vần, vần thứ hai được nhấn dấu 
 - Call some others - Some others read trọng âm, tận cùng của động từ là một phụ âm,

 phụ âm trước khi thêm –ed
