I/ The present simple tense ( Thì hiện tại đơn)
Structure (công thức ) :
(+) I/ You/ We /They/ Chủ từ số nhiều + V
 He/ She / It / Chủ từ số ít + V(s,es)
Ex: We play soccer every afternoon.
 He plays soccer every afternoon . 
(-) I/ You/ We /They/ Chủ từ số nhiều + don’t + V 
 He/ She / It / Chủ từ số ít + doesn’t + V
Ex: We don’t play soccer every afternoon .
 He doesn’t plays soccer every afternoon. . 
(?) Do + I/ You/ We /They/ Chủ từ số nhiều + V? Yes, I/We /They/ Chủ từ số nhiều + do. 
 No, I/We /They/ Chủ từ số nhiều + don’t.
Ex: Do they play soccer every afternoon ? -> Yes, they do . / No, they don’t .
 Does + He/ She / It / Chủ từ số ít + V.. ? 	 Yes, He/ She / It / Chủ từ số ít + does. 
 No, He/ She / It / Chủ từ số ít + doesn’t.
Ex : Does he play soccer every afternoon ? -> Yes, he does . / No, he doesn’t .
* Questions words ( những từ để hỏi ) :

* Những từ đề nhận biết thì hiện tại đơn : every.., in the morning/afternoon/evening/summer/winter.., adverbs of frequency(trạng từ tần suất)- always, usually, often , sometimes, never.
II/ The present progressive tense ( Thì hiện tại tiếp diễn )
Structure :
(+) I + am +V.ing.......
 He / She / It / Chủ từ số ít + is + V.ing..
 You / We /They / Chủ từ số nhiều + are + V.ing..
Ex1 : I am reading books now .
 He is reading book now .
 They are reading book now .
 (-) S + be + V.ing 
 (?) Be + S + v.ing ...? 	 Yes, S + be .
 No, S + be + not .
*Question words :
What 
Where
When + be + S + V.ing ? S + be + V.ing
How 
*Những từ để nhận biết : now , at present , at the moment , Look ! Listen!...
III/ The near future ( thì tương lai gần)
Structure :
(+) S + be (am/is/ are) + going to + V  ex : I’m going to visit Huê tomorrow.
(-) S + be + not + going to + V.
(?) Be + S + going to + V .? Yes, S + be . / No, S + be + not .
Question words:

When + be + S + going to + V ? S + be + going to + V

*Những từ để nhận biết : tonight , tomorrow , next..
IV/ Structures :
1/ Would like
Want (s) + to V  ex : I would like .a cake . (buy)
Need(s) He wants ...a new bike . (have)
Like(s) + V.ing ex: She likes in the mountain. (walk)
2/ Suggestions : 
Let’s + V..!
What about + V.ing .....? Chú ý chia động từ + đổi câu
Why don’t we + V.?
Ex: Let’s.badminton! (play)
What about 
3/ Comparisons of short adjectives ( so sánh của tính từ ngắn)
A/ Comparative (so sánh hơn): S1 + be + short adj + er + than + S2 .
Ex: The red box is bigger than the blue box .
 S1 + be + short adj+ er + than + S2
B/ Superlative (so sánh nhất) : S + be + the + short adj+est +
Ex: The red box is the biggest .
