The present simple tense Usage: Thì hiện tại đơn diễn tả một sự việc hoặc hành động xảy ra thường xuyên lặp đi lặp nhiều lần và hiển nhiên đúng. Structure: Subject + verb + object Verb: tobe (am/ is/ are) =/Verb: ordinary verb: Vs/ es S(I, you, we, they) + Vinf + O S(she, he, it) +Vs/ es + O Negative- interrogative: S (I, you, we, they) + do not +Vinf + O S (he, she, it) + does not +Vinf + O. 2. The present progressive tense: Usage: Thì hiện tại tiếp diễn dùng đẻ tả một sự việc, hành động ngay lúc mình đang nói hay đang làm. Structure: S + tobe(is/ am/ are) + Ving+ O. Negative: S+ tobe + not +Ving + O Interrogative: Tobe + S + Ving + O? Whqs: Wh- qs + tobe +S + Ving? T asks Ss to take some examples 3. Modal verb: -T asks Ss to remind some modal verbs.
