- Have students look at the picture in the book.
- Ask questions.

- Elicit the vocabulary: family name, middle name, first name.
- Have students listen to the tape

- Have students review of “Wh-“ questions: who, what, where, when, which, how, why.
- Ask students to through the dialogue to find suitable questions words to fill in the blanks. 
- Tell the students to read the answers.

- Ask students to practice the dialogue.
