1. The aims:

 a. Kiến thức:

 - Học sinh tiếp tục luyện tập chủ đề vệ sinh răng miệng, ( tình huống giữa bác sĩ Lai và bạn Minh). và ôn tập các từ, cụm từ về chủ đề sinh hoạt cá nhân:

 - Vocabulary:

 - To explain - To remind

 - Sensibly - Surgery

 - To smile - To check

 - To notice

 - Grammar:

 + Review: The simple present tense

 b. Kĩ năng:

 - Học sinh luyện kĩ năng đọc hiểu dưới dạng tóm tắt nội dung đồng thời luyện kĩ năng nói luyện tập theo cặp.

 c. Thái độ:

 - Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, hăng hái xây dựng bài học.

2. Preparation:

 a. Teacher: Textbook, tape, cassette, sub- board and pictures.

 b. Students: Student’s book,prepare new lesson, learn old lesson.

1. The aims:
 a. Kiến thức:
	- Học sinh tiếp tục luyện tập chủ đề vệ sinh răng miệng, ( tình huống giữa bác sĩ Lai và bạn Minh). và ôn tập các từ, cụm từ về chủ đề sinh hoạt cá nhân:
 - Vocabulary:

 b. Kĩ năng:
	- Học sinh luyện kĩ năng đọc hiểu dưới dạng tóm tắt nội dung đồng thời luyện kĩ năng nói luyện tập theo cặp. 
 c. Thái độ:
	- Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, hăng hái xây dựng bài học.
2. Preparation:

	a. Checking the old lesson: (5’)
 - Have Ss play a game:
 Hangman

- T calls on some Ss to give their answers.
- T asks Ss to look at the book and listen to the tape ( twice times ) 
- T asks Ss to read the text in silent.
- T calls on some Ss to read the text in front of the class.
- T asks Ss to complete the story with suitable words.
- T asks Ss to exchange the results with their partners.
- T calls on some Ss to give the answers in front of the class.
- T corrects the mistakes then gives the answer key:
- T calls on some Ss to read the completed the story aloud.
- T guides Ss to play a game: Networks 
- T calls on students from 2 groups to go to the board and write down.
- Remark.
- T asks Ss to tell what happenned to Minh.
- T introduces the way to make sentence and the question: why and the answer to Ss.
- T asks Ss to look at the pictures and model then work in pairs asking and answering based on the pictures and the words given.
- T calls on some pairs to ask and answer in front of the class.
- T corrects the mistakes and gives the correct answer.
- T asks Ss to write in the notebooks.
- T introduces the situation and the aim of the exercise to Ss. 
- T asks Ss to look at the pictures and examples.
- T asks Ss to look at the pictures and write sentences as model.
- T asks them to exchange the results with the partner. 
- T calls on some Ss to give their ideas in front of the class.
- T corrects the mistake.
- T asks Ss to work in groups discussing the question: What should we do and what shouldn’t we do if we want to have healthy teeth?
- T goes around class and provide the help.
- T calls on some Ss from some groups to present their ideas in front of the class.
Listen and read:

* Listen to the tape ( twice times ) 
* Read the text in silent.
 Answer:
Minh is very nervous and Dr Lai notices this. She smiles to Minh and tells him not to worry. She explains one of his teeth has a cavity . He has to brush them regularly. After Dr Lai fills his tooth, Minh leaves. He is very pleased

* Make example:
 Minh’s tooth hurts.
Why ?
Because he has a cavity.
 Answer:
Minh is nervous.
Why ?
Because he is seeing the dentist .
the cavity is not serious .
Why ?
Because it is small.
Minh is happy .
Why ?
Because his teeth are OK.
Write. Complete this poster with a partner.
Discussing the question: 
What should we do and what shouldn’t we do if we want to have healthy teeth ?
- Look at the picture and answer the questions.
