1. The aims:
 a. Kiến thức:
	- Học sinh biết cách nói về các hoạt động, công việc học tập và các ngày nghỉ, ngày lễ ở Mỹ và Việt Nam qua việc ôn lại thì hiện tại đơn và so sánh hơn của danh từ.
 - Học sinh được học sâu hơn về một công việc của một học sinh qua bài đọc về Hoa một học sinh Việt Nam điển hình.
 - Vocabulary : comparative of Adjective
 - Structure: The present simple
 b. Kĩ năng:
	- Học sinh luyện kĩ năng nghe và luyện tập đoạn hội thoại, củng cố kĩ năng đọc hiểu qua bài đọc về các ngày nghỉ, lễ ở Việt Nam và Mỹ dưới dạng một bức thưvà nghe hiểu ghép tranh. 
 c. Thái độ:
	- Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, say mê với môn học.
2. Preparation:
 a. Teacher: Book, workbook, plan of action, reference book.
 b. Students: Book, workbook, learn old lesson, prepare new lesson
3. Procedures:
	a. Checking the old lesson:(5’)

 - Key: Our classes start at 1.30 and finish at 5.35’. We have some vacations in a school year. After school hours I do my homework that takes four hours a day.

 In Tim’s hometown, there is always a large fire works dis play on Independence day. Tim likes New year Eve because he can stay up until midnight and celebrate with his parents
