Practice further in the Simple Past Tense with Y/N Question.

 - Asks Ss to change the following sentences into negative and interrogative form.
They always play football in the morning

 I- PRESENTATION (15’)
- elicits first and says out the words
- writes and checks.
- checks vocab. : What & Where
- Introduces the dialogue between Hoa and Lan and asks Ss to read through it.
- Asks Ss to pick out the sentences Lan says
- Writes down and revise the Simple Past tense again .
- Asks Ss to compare it with Wh- question
- Gives notes , makes the use and form more clearly and runs through the model.
- Notices Ss with Wh-question
Ex: What did you see on TV last night?
 - I saw a film
 II- PRACTICE (14’)
- Shows the cards and runs through the words.
- Makes the model with the first card.
- Instructs Ss to practice by the cards.

- Practise the dialogue ,following T/s instructions.
- Says out the sentences.
- Give their ideas , compare its form and pick out the used target language and give the meaning, use, form.
- Copy down and read out the model.

3. Word cue drill
- Read out the words.
- Follow teacher/s.

4. Write-it-up
- Complete it in groups & then write their answers on the board.
- Check the results with T.

 - Asks Ss to make Y/N question to get their friends/ sentences.
