Knowledge: - Ss will able to ask and answer about personal information such as: names, ages, addresses Structure: What is your family name? How old are you? Where do you live? - review Wh- questions. 2. Skills: - practice the dialogue in pairs. - complete the dialogue and fill in personal information card. II. Warmer: - play the song : “What is your name?” to present new topic. B. Presentation: 1. Predication: - ask Ss to look at picture on page 15 and then predict Who are they in the picture? Where are they? What are they doing? What is the teacher doing? What are the students doing? What are they talking about? Present vocabulary: Family name (surname) : họ First name: tên Middle name: tên đệm - play the tape and corrupt each sentence and ask Ss to repeat in chorus. - ask Ss practice in pairs (exchange role). - help Ss to answer above questions after learning the dialogue. She lives at 12 Tran Hung Dao Street. - ask some Ss to introduce their full name, middle name in front of class. 2. Wh- question: - ask Ss to look at the picture on page 16, and then this the dialogue to give predications. Who are in the conversation? What are they talking about. - ask Ss to complete the dialogue between Nga and Lan by putting the Wh- question in the right place. Practice: - ask Ss to look at the card on page 16. This is a personal information card which includes some information such as: name, age, class, school, address - ask Ss to make question to get personal information about your friends. - ask some Ss to present their work in front of class. IV. Consolidation: - ask Ss repeat all structures in this lesson. - Practice these structures by completing personal information card. V.
