I. Objectives: By the end of this lesson, Ss have the abilities to:
 1. Knowledge:
 + Standard: Understand and answer some Wh- questions and talk about some 
personal information
 Ask about personal information of a friend in the class
 + Higher: Tell about themselves, write wh- questions in the present simple 
 tense
 Make a dialogue to ask and answer about personal information of a 
 friend in the class, and introduce the friend before the class
 Write a passage about themselves and the friends in the class
 a. Vocabulary: middle name, who, what, which, where (revision)
 b. Structures: “Wh- questions” and answers in the present simple tense 
 2. Skills: - Make a similar dialogue as part B1.
 - Practice listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
 3. Attitude: Love their teacher, friends, schools 
 4. The capacities:
 - Communicative approach
 - Self-learning capacity 
 - Problem solving capacity and creativity
 - Co-operation capicity

 Write questions and answers about “ How far is it from .....?”
 Complete the dialogue by using “Wh”. 
 + Higher : Make a dialogue as B4
 Rewrite the dialogue about some other places
 Write a passage about a new friend: name, age, class, address, 
 distance from home to school, and means of transport 
 2. Skills: - Ask and answer about the distance with “How far”.
 - Practice listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Aim: Ss listen a tape and fill in the gaps. Then put the sentences into the correct order

I. Objectives: By the end of this lesson, Ss have the abilities to:
 1. Knowledge:
 + Standard : Listen and write the places/distances that are mentioned in the text.
 After listening, use the information from the text to ask and answer.
 Fill in the form with their own English information
 + Higher: Make a survey table about information of 5 partners and represent 
before the class. 
 a. Vocabulary: still, at recess, stamp, center, take the bus, letter, pocket, to post .
 b. Structures : How far is it from .....to.......?
 It’s about ................meters/ kilometer(s) ( revision) 
 How do you go to ....? By bike ( revision)
 2. Skills: - Drill listening skills and write information
 - Drill speaking skills, ask and answer about personal information: 
 name, address, distance, means of transport...
